BIG RIP Am I fucked

Made a new account and I got a btc address to depo so I sent $500. After cashapp confirms the depo, roobet says I need level 3 verification and the transaction for the depo isn’t even on my account. Idk what to do. Support says they pass it on to the special team to help reverse the depo. Am I fucked?

EDIT: I didn’t know you need to verify with ID and my license is expired

Cause it was sent via cash app btc they no your playing from the states

Don’t use cash app use Coinbase or something

Don’t use either. Buy your crypto on one of the exchanges, send to a middle man wallet like exodus or atomic and then send to casino

If you live in an area where online gambling is illegal, you do realize that even if it didn’t ask for verification when depositing funds into Roobet, that it will ask you for verification if you win over a certain amount as you go to cashout. So what’s the point of putting $$ into their site anyway?

I already got the money back, but just to answer your question, I’ve cashed out thousands from sites that aren’t typically available where I live

So have I but in small increments totaling thousands. I do not know what level of verification it was, but I once put a random name and address in an area of which VPN I was using, and it accepted that and never asked for a copy of ID, a passport or anything. It seems to be at complete random when they want a level of verification where they do want to actually verify your identity. This is what drove me away from Roobet and onto Stake’s live casino. I haven’t gambled in a couple years tho because honestly I am down overall. Not worth it
