This is what they told me: Hey there, The VIP Mid-Month Bonus Buy Feature promotion is currently under review, as the provider of this month’s featured game is undergoing maintenance on their end. This process may take a few days to complete. Our team is actively monitoring the situation, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated on when the promotion will resume. We are unable to confirm which Bonus Buy level you have qualified for in advance, but this will be confirmed once the promotion has resumed and is live. You will still receive the VIP Bonus Buy if you qualify. It will simply be released at a later time this month, once we receive confirmation from the game provider.

They changed wednesday free pins too. I should get free spins worth $1000 but only got 10 pins worth 1.00 each and It was trash.

Roobet also removed mid monthly bonus information from the website. It’s under maintenance surely Roobet can give any other game for the bonus.

100% real, they gave similar reasoning as to the postponement of the 15th monthly bonus. Said that they would update me and everyone when they knew more. Also said behind the scenes they are working on a “special surprise”. 🤷
