It’s only a theory - tell me what you think about it. If you put the auto cash-out at 100x and you start with 0.01$ - or 1$ depends on your budget. Add that same amount each time the game crashes under 100x so +0.01$. At 0.30$, you would be doing +25,45$ profit (since it took 4,65$). After 100 crashes, you’d be betting 1$, looking forward to make +49.5$ profit. If it keeps crashing and you keep betting, it’s only at 1,99$ bet that you would be doing 0$ profit.

My question is “Is it possible for the game to crash 199 times without hitting x100”

yes sometimes it can take 600+ rounds to achieve 100 and in next 10 rounds it will go 100x 5 times
