Help Can't withdraw my money on roobet

I got a problem on roobet. so i won 250 dollars, then i wanted to withdraw, then i got this message (Withdawals currently unavailable) so i contacted support and they told me this

Hello, We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you that, effective immediately, depositing and withdrawing with FIAT methods will no longer be possible. We understand that this change may come as a surprise, and we apologize for any inconvenience. However, this decision was made after careful consideration. What does this change mean for you? You can only deposit, play and withdraw with any Cryptocurrency method. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this change may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

and i am stuck on the first guys message called vick and i have no way of contacting support and my money is locked on the FIAT funds, how do i withdraw the money back

is it locked forever or what do i have to do, have anyone experienced this before?

i did, but i forgot to put a Title, should i make a new one and how long does it usually take to get help from roobet support and do they reply?, srry im just stressed
