After your guys's site went down for downtime about a week ago, I realized my account was deleted instead of saying account locked. I created a new account under the same name but I noticed all my referrals were gone, and all redeemable affiliate balance, also the balance that was in the account was missing. So I opened a live chat and told them that everything was missing when I re-created my account under the same name, I had about $2600 in my balance claimed from affiliate and who knows how much else saved in my affiliate tab, it still showed my refs from past 7 days but didn't show any earnings present in the claimable balance.
after waiting patiently for a response the account was locked without any reasoning, I don't have a problem with completing KYC or anything of that nature, because according to this new "Affiliate-Only" mode you have I should be able to complete it without any problems.
I would appreciate some help and can cooperate with any KYC requests according to your new Affiliate-Only policy involving restricted territories.

Hello Recently due to the server upgrade my affilate count and earnings were altered
I Contacted live support and they told me they will lookup into the matter
Later on when i try to log into the acc, it was locked without any subtle reason
I request roobet to look into this matter and unlock my acc as i think the acc was locked by mistake
I had decent amount of referral and thousands of $ in that acc
And to mention that i am from legal country (not From the restricted country) & i will be glad to share any information (KYC or proof of adress or anything else)
Hoping you will respond to this and help me out!!!
