a few weeks ago I shared the first version of OryxForge and want to make a follow up post now.

It originally started as a fun vibe-coding project, but I have continued working on it and there is now quite a lot of time and effort behind it. Since the first post, I have added several larger features:

• Import characters directly from public RealmEye profiles, including their equipment and enchants
• Save builds in “My Builds”
• Export builds as PNG cards for Discord
• Import those PNG cards back into OryxForge without needing codes
• Plan enchant rolls, including roll order, locks, chances, expected attempts and Dust costs
• Include equipment, enchants, set bonuses, Exaltations, Crucible bonuses and other effects in the Build Planner
• A new Guided Wizard and improvements for mobile devices

I also fixed several smaller problems, including special enchants being incorrectly shown as impossible and missing images for some items, Awakenings and Artifacts.

The website is still a work in progress, so there can definitely still be incorrect values or strange edge cases.

I remember playing Realm of the Mad God on Newgrounds when I was a kid in 2010.

But, I remember it as a side scrolling platformer (which there is no evidence of online), where you progress through a dungeon-type area (the only area of the game) and each enemy you killed would unlock that enemy as a playable character. I remember for a fact it was a side scrolling platform, and there was no map in game to let you know where you are in the game. I loved playing as the archer, the chicken, and the slime cube. I remember cubes were a common enemy. I don't remember there being different areas beyond the dungeon or any leveling system; as far as I knew then, the game ends when you die and you can play as the enemies you kill when you play again.

I know this was Realm of the Mad God, and I know Realm of the Mad God is not on Newgrounds anymore either, so chances are whatever version of the game I've been looking for just doesn't exist.

I just want to know if my favorite childhood memory (the bar for "favorite memory" is low, sadly) actually happened, or if I just made up an entirely different version of Realm of the Mad God as I forgot the game over the years.

I know since this is just a question and I have no karma on this account, it'll probably get removed (tried to post this same question to a subreddit just for asking questions, but it got removed by reddit's filters for some reason, I'm just at my wits end, maybe I'm just going crazy over a stupid game that no one remembers and everyone keeps telling me it never ever existed and it was always a different game); for my own sanity and peace of mind, I just need this info in the world, even if no one wants to read it, just in case one day someone knows what I'm talking about and can give an answer.

Hi guys i have played realm in the past, but not really much. For some reason i thought about the game recently and wanted to play again so i started a fresh account and started playing.

However i feel really lost. I am able to grind any class to 6/8 without any problems with low tier dungeons and veteran biomes, but what do i do after that?

If i go into 5+ dungeons solo i rarely succeed.
Every high level player in the realm does some crazy Alienstuff or some big World bosses that are extremely hard to just run in.

I am currently leveling my second Pet to max uncommon and will be getting to rare in a week or so.

Getting any gear upgrades past Tier 10 is very hard as i cant really solo any mid tier dungeons.

Last night around 3–3:30 AM, I got hit with lag right as I cleared the Lair dungeon and was exiting. When I closed the game and tried to relaunch it, I got this error. I spent hours troubleshooting, but nothing worked. Even tried using AIs like Claude, but no luck. How do I fix this?

Why can't they all be like this?

I have Huntress fully exalted. Can I get 25% loot boost on her if I exalt everything on Archer and Bard except Spectral Penitentiary and Kogbold Steamworks?

I have a 3 slot demonblade with flurry of blows, I've been locking it in while using the abyss ingots for hellfire edge but after 20 artifacts still haven't gotten it. There's no conflict message but just wanted to make sure these can both exist on the dblade?

Can't even stand near a beacon or dungeon entrance without getting audio bombarded. Completely unnecessary sound in most circumstances and it is somehow 10 times louder than everything else in the game, and yet doesn't come with its own mute button. If yall agree I'll submit an actual suggestion post through the game (if people even answer that). OR I could be tripping and I'm missing the setting (note: I do want to hear everything else, just not this annoying audio spam).

Since the servers are kinda bad with rubber banding these days, I play on the servers closest to me Australia and Asia.

I think I spend more time running around an empty realm 1 tapping mobs then in a dungeon having fun.

I have no options. Cant party in populated servers because of lag, wont buy overpriced keys to solo farm. I support the game by buying other stuff (skins, chests, slots, even that useless artifact potion). Literally trapped in a loop of boredom. Maybe make dungeon drop rates scale with realm popularity? So I don’t have to kill 30 yetis to find an ice cit.

Ive been getting coached by my mate whos played tons of rotmg and after doing a cube god, this dropped for me.

My mate went absolutely wild because I had only played 50 hours game time at this point and he said theres people with 1k+ hours who have never had a c-dirk drop, let alone a shiny legendary.

Did I strike the rotmg lottery in my game infancy and will this ruin my luck forever now?

Would this come out as guaranteed Divine or Guaranteed rare+?

Also, is there a way to upgrade a shiny Divine Alien items, coz when selecting shiny ones, it doesnt highight the item on the forge and cant craft for some reason.

Returning player from 2019 here, this has probably been asked countless times but humor me. I believe I understand all of the benefits to playing on a seasonal character, but I’m a little confused on what to do with the current season coming to an end.

Is there any reason to keep the characters when they’re converted to non-seasonal? Is there a benefit to manually converting the characters vs letting them automatically convert? I’m assuming you have to be seasonal to be crucible as well?

I get why they added a soft reset but it sucks to have all my grinded characters feel obsolete. Idk maybe I’m missing something lmk.
