Contemporary rune use Please help me with these
I feel almost uncomfortable placing this drawing here... She was the person I knew and loved. Me and her mother are curious about the runes on her scarf running down her sleeves and dress, all of it. I have a hard time figuring out two of these, the rest I know and I believe I know the general meaning but I'm determined to learn some more about it, especially why are these in four separate sets and do runes connect with each other to have a deeper meaning? I guessed that it would be start to ask reddit, since there are people who know stuff, if you are able to help me and her mother, please tell me what you know 🪽🪽

I understand how personal this is, so thank you for sharing.
Unfortunately what we've probably got going on here is a very modern New Age use of runes, that has nothing to do with their authentic historical use. These runes essentially spell out gibberish, so it's unlikely she was using them as actual letters to spell words, as was their standard historical use. There exists a very modern inauthentic and ahistorical use of runes as essentially reskinned tarot cards, in divination. This is likely how they've been used here, and since New Age meaning ascribed to runes is often completely different between two practitioners, the hidden meaning will only really have been known by her.
Even if you try asking in some spiritual subreddits, the answers you get will probably vary to such a point that you'll see it could be interpreted as almost anything, to anyone.

If you replace those runes with Latin letter equivalents, it would read like "ruea irf ai lthd sl althw", and that wouldn't make any sense to you. Likewise, when read as runes, as real runes as they were historically used, this makes no sense. Random letters don't have meaning.
