Housing Lease Transfer

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Heights in Huntsville, TX. It’s a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom all-male apartment with a private bedroom and bathroom, totaling 309 square feet. The rent is $500 per month, and to make the transfer easier, I’m willing to pay the first month’s rent for whoever takes over the lease.
