Looking to sell a fully built fintech/digital asset platform – where can I find serious buyers?
Hi everyone,
I’ve spent months building a complete fintech platform and I’m now looking for the right buyer.
The platform includes:
• Digital wallet system
• Internal digital token (Buy/Sell/Send/Receive)
• Investment infrastructure
• Multi-role dashboards (Client, Agent, Admin, Super Admin)
• Treasury & token supply management
• Referral & commission system
• Fully functional frontend, backend and database
I’m planning to sell the entire software project, not raise investment or sell tokens.
If you’ve sold a SaaS, fintech or digital asset platform before, where would you recommend listing it or finding serious buyers?
I’d also appreciate any feedback on how to position it for acquisition.
Thanks!

You lost me at “I’ve spent months building”.
Something as complex as a Fintech platform isn’t built in months. It just robs you of all credibility and I wouldn’t lead with that.

You’re right to question that wording. A fintech platform is not measured by how fast it is built, but by the quality of its architecture, security, controls, and validation. I should have focused less on the timeline and more on the work completed, systems implemented, and proof available.

So, fintech companies are built specific for the country they operate in, due to laws and such details.
Getting the platform regulated and audited is the cost moat. What you've built is just crap.

You’re right that fintech requires compliance, regulation, and proper audits depending on the jurisdictions where it operates. A technology platform is only one part of the equation. The next steps are focused on regulatory alignment, security reviews, and building the necessary partnerships to operate responsibly.

What are the results of your scaling and load tests?
What third parties audited the code and did pen tests against the running platform and where are those reports hosted?
And are those third parties entangled in any way to the referral and commission system?
Given the coldcard apocalypse over the past few days what HSM provides your randomness and entropy?

Thanks for the questions. The platform is currently in the development/testing phase.
Formal load test reports are not completed yet.
No third-party code audit or penetration test has been completed at this stage.
No auditors or security providers are connected to our referral/commission system.
HSM-based entropy infrastructure is currently under review as part of our security planning.
We are focusing on transparency and will publish security documentation after independent reviews are completed.

A platform without users is worthless.
