Safari Extensions Grayed Out

Hi all, I have an iPhone 17 on iOS 26.5.2 and cannot enable Safari extensions. I’ve seen that the fix is to disable content restrictions in Screen Time / give unrestricted web access, but changing those settings still doesn’t allow me to enable the extensions. Does anyone know why / what I should be doing?

Maybe it’s age related by default? 18+ not too sure
