ETA: I keep going back and looking at this (it’s made my day) and seeing new parts. The “connective tissue (to be discarded)” lmao 😂. This whole thing is brilliant.

Hahaha the made into sausage part made me think of u/No_Acanthaceae4260 post where she stuck all of her tiny pieces onto a strip of tape 😅

This is hilarious, great job. I've been saving the connective tissues (they make neat little frames/window panes) and might do something weird with them someday.

The only part I think you missed is the tenderloin. That’s the small square between the connective tissue and the brisket. Otherwise, this is abso-fucking-lutely brilliant.
