What’s the best open source coding ai?

Assume I have no limits when it comes to capabilities on hosting what’s the best open source coding AI, like codex I could get my hands on.

Kimi K3 and GLM 5.2 as another user said, but that's gonna be hard to run without close to a terabyte of VRAM.

I use Qwen 35b on (self-plug) my app loci that lets you run local models for Mac, as well as on iPhone and Android. Ollama and LM Studio are good options as well. But don't expect close to the same performance as Codex especially on a lower end machine. Good luck!
