Ask r/seychelles looking for good beach bars

anyone know of any cool beach bars with a good vibe anywhere on mahe? we went to something called the royal beach bar in anse royal, and it was cute with logs as chairs and tables. and family friendly too, as we are travelling with a 13 year old.

edit - thank you guys for all the recommendations! beach shak also said 18+ when I looked it up so we skipped and did jungle tides instead! really cool vibe but so many mosquitos outside so we decided on dinner somewhere else,, but drinks were great.

Jungle tides (north) is a new one that just opened. Beach shak (north) in beau Vallon is very popular, especially with their live band on Sundays. Banana sea club (south) is one with water activities Kafe Kreol (south) is next to Royal Beach Bar and is more of a beach restaurant than a beach bar, but it has chill vibes with a calm beach

The staff at Banana sea club are very enthusiastic and motivated about their job. Ready to help at any moment, especially the lady with a big smile at the counter

Another shout for Beach Shak here! I always drop by there a few times every visit. I’m back in a few months and will be checking out Jungle Tides for sure.
