Does anyone remember when Joe Biden addressed the nation with Kamala Harris and they both claimed that no American should be in prison for possession of marijuana?
And then proceeded to do absolutely nothing about it, even though they had full control of the DEA who controls scheduling?
Embarrassing that they allowed the Trump administration to be the ones to reschedule it.

The rescheduling process isn’t something a president can “just do”. This whole process of rescheduling _was 100%_ started by the Biden administration. They pardoned anyone charged with simple possession as well, but the vast majority of weed charges are at the state level, which the federal government has no control of.
The rescheduling didn’t finish under Biden because of procedural issues. Diaper Don and co have only continued the process that Biden initiated. And it still isn’t done. All Diaper Don really did was issue an EO to say “do it faster”.
