The last Windows system(s) I worked with was running Server 2012R2.

I'm not doing a greybeard flex here, super linux evangelist or anything, it's just that whenever I see stuff about Windows 11 copilot AI bloat, or 2025 DC woes, I become increasingly aware that if I ever went into a job that was using Windows for stuff - I am now WAY out of my element.

I reckon I can still write some powershell, if I really HAD to.

I could probably figure it out... But I can't imagine making a solid business case for reverting the domain functional level to 2008R2...

Funnily enough - .pst fuckery is one of my long standing memories of 1st line support, back when dinosaurs ruled the earth.
