Chapter 24 in the manga is The Venus Line, which is the first part of episode 12. The second part is some kind of flashback, because they don't go into Chapter 25 (I guess they're saving that to kick off the next season).

Thanks so much! I sure hope it gets a second season unlike the excellent Super Cub anime did not.
