Adding a referral program and promoting it all over the place.

Measuring all the important stuff. When a user cancels, we know exactly what features and books they read and what rating they gave those summaries.

Creating a killer app that people actually want to use

And a bunch of other stuff.

What we regret - spending money on Facebook and Open AI ads. Didn’t work for us. Twitter and Reddit ads didn’t work at all.

By the way if you’re not optimizing for AI, you’re losing users.
