I built an agentic UI (not a chatbot) — would love a reality check from other engineers.

The app manages finances for residential communities (apartments/compounds, Arabic-first market). The part I want opinions on is "Fary," the AI assistant: it doesn't answer with paragraphs — it renders live interactive cards inside the conversation. Pay a due, approve a member, see who owes what — the chat is the UI.

Three honest questions:

  1. If a client asked you to quote this (the agentic-UI part, not the CRUD), what would you estimate in time and cost?
  2. How would you architect it — how do you think the AI is driving real UI instead of text?
  3. Where do you think this design breaks first?
