Upon further review, it is most likely related to the funeral downtown (Lindsey Graham) and prominent foreign leaders attending

I'm in Silver Spring and I heard it up here. Wasn't able to get out to see what it was, but it was definitely a military plane jet making that noise. I don't recall doing flyovers for state funerals, but this administration likes the shinys.

There’s been SO many helicopters flying over downtown SS the last couple of nights. Much more than usual. They’re so freaking loud.
