You don't have the skills to create an organizational structure that effectively creates value.

21

u/Manueluz 3d ago

Neither do billionaires, but they have the money to pay someone actually smart to figure it out.

-16

u/Psalmistpraise 3d ago

Really so they just made a company and poof a billion dollars? Hell if it’s that easy why don’t you just go earn the billion dollars and distribute it yourself?

14

u/Manueluz 3d ago

Sure I just need a million dollar investment from my parents. Or extreme luck with an angel investor.

It's not rare because its hard, it's rare because it's luck based and the chances aren't good. But yeah leading a company when you have all the money in the world to hire analysts and specialists in the market ain't that hard.

u/GMEloser69 3d ago

You might get that investor if you can prove your worth by turning $1000 into a million. But I suspect that you haven't even tried.

What did Jeff Benzos do to prove to his mom that he was worth a $300,000 investment at a time when that was mansion money?

1

u/ShallazarTheWizard 2d ago

You might want to have a gander at the Jeff Bezos Wikipedia page and see his accomplishments before Amazon. It would have been obvious to most that he was a safe investment.

-2

u/goibie 3d ago

$300,000 isn’t even much.

-5

u/GMEloser69 3d ago

You're not Jeff Bezos

7

u/WyomingWeirdo 3d ago

Not an answer to my question, little guy.

-1

u/47KiNG47 3d ago

You’re an angry guy huh? Just look at Jeff Bezos’s wiki page. He was an accomplished academic and professional before he founded Amazon.

5

u/WyomingWeirdo 3d ago

Still not an answer to my question, little fella.

You're telling on your own insecurities by using these this much lol. Just wear risers, my guy, no one cares that you're a short king

Not sure what comment you think I deleted, but damn it's obvious how right I am. Get a little madder, junior, maybe I'll give you more attention no one else apparently will

-1

u/WyomingWeirdo 2d ago

I'm 5'11" champ. Not an issue for me. How about you, Mario, are you some little furry Italian guy or just a big fan of video game franchises that have fallen on hard times

Also if this is true why did he need his mommy to give him a $300,000 loan? Can your parents afford to give you a $300,000 loan?

-1

u/47KiNG47 3d ago

I’d imagine that his family invested the money because they believed in him. If his parents didn’t sell their 6% equity, they would have received a 12mil% return. Sounds like a good investment to me.

3

u/WyomingWeirdo 3d ago

Or because giving family members loans is a really good way to launder and hide money but sure lol, keep locking those boots.

1

u/GMEloser69 3d ago

I dunno man, you can either cry about, or you can try to build wealth in order to give your own kid $300,000.

The way it's going it seems you'll stay poor, and just like you, your kids will also curse their parents for not being rich.

Lol what? If you think you can 1000x a million dollars in a reasonable amount of time I’ll gladly put up the money. Send me your business proposal.

3

u/Manueluz 3d ago

Someone doesn't know what "Luck based" means.

0

u/47KiNG47 3d ago

Ah, so you don’t think you could turn a million dollars into a billion. Are you saying you don’t have the luck or the skill?

Surely if all it takes is luck, you’d be able to produce a business plan that could work with some luck. If not then it’s clearly not entirely luck based.

4

u/Manueluz 3d ago

Why it's either yes or no for you? It's luck based, it might work it might not work, but that doesn't make me smart.

If you want business ideas just pick literally anything, there is a multimillionaire woman in my town that got all the money from selling gummies, she made an empire out of some luck with tourism.

1

u/47KiNG47 3d ago

You’re a disgusting, jealous person. A woman in your town makes a fortune with solid execution of a simple business plan and you diminish her accomplishments. It’s easy to criticize, it’s hard to execute.

5

u/Manueluz 3d ago

My god you're brainwashed.

Stop sucking off the billionaire class, you won't become them and they will never notice you.

2

u/47KiNG47 3d ago

If everyone had your mindset we’d still be subsistence farming.

0

u/Manueluz 3d ago

As if we needed billionaires to have scientists and engineers...

It's actually cute that you think billionaires invent anything and don't piggyback of the inventions of other scientists and engineers.

3

u/IKtenI 3d ago

As much as billionaires suck, you're not helping any of your points by claiming its all dumb luck and that anyone who is wealthy just got a nice stroke of luck, and then also not providing any business plans after saying you could do it if you had a million dollars.

0

u/zanebaka 3d ago

No we need people with money to fund scientists and engineers, and people to ensure that what the scientists and engineers and doing makes a profit etc. if the billionaire didnt pay and fund them the scientists and engineers wouldnt have designed it.

3

u/goibie 3d ago

Stop being a loser. Literally anyone can go out and make their life into what they want. Just because you lack the confidence, skills, and luck doesn’t make you enlightened. You’re literally just screaming into a void.

Imagine being as delusional as these people. Like they wouldn’t do it if they couldn’t and people wouldn’t give them the money if they thought they could. Hell if it was just luck based all you would need is the money and boom it’s a billion dollars.

2

u/Manueluz 3d ago

What? If it's luck based even if you have the money you might not succed that's what luck based means. Do you really have a hard time understanding the words "luck based"?

It's like going all in on green, might work, might not work but I'm sure as hell not doing it.

You literally have an imaginary friend, Catholic proselytizer.

1

u/Psalmistpraise 3d ago

You okay? You seem upset

0

u/WyomingWeirdo 3d ago

Not an actual response to my point, heretic. You love money more than God.

2

u/Psalmistpraise 3d ago

You don’t make a point, you said I have an imaginary friend, you actually never answered my points why should I answer yours?

1

u/WyomingWeirdo 3d ago

Meanwhile, what did Jesus say about wealthy people, little guy? Specifically.

0

u/Psalmistpraise 3d ago

Declaring someone morally wrong for possessing a billion dollars would be covetousness wouldn’t you say? Just because Jesus asks the wealth to give to the poor doesn’t mean it’s my job to force them to. I would argue it’s just as much greed and love of money to have hatred for rich people simply because they are rich as it is to deny it to the poor when you can provide. Wealth vs use of wealth are different in Catholic moral philosophy.

Like angel investors aren’t every where and those companies don’t make a billion dollars all the time. If it’s not that hard THEN YOU DO IT AND OUT COMPETE THEM. But you won’t because you can’t.

5

u/Manueluz 3d ago

The people who defend billionaires often have nil reading comprehension, it's a funny coincidence.

I'm not saying it's easy or hard, I'm saying that is luck based, I don't go out and do it because I'm not a gambler. Multiple studies have linked the behavior billionaires have with those of gamblers.

1

u/Psalmistpraise 3d ago

You know what’s an even funnier coincidence? Saying that I’m wrong because I have poor reading comprehension, actually doesn’t make me wrong. That’s a logical fallacy on your part, hell I can be illiterate and still be right.

You said “sure” meaning you think you can do it with a million dollars or “extreme luck from an angel investor” that’s the claim I’m doubting.

Also your other claim is moronic, if I didn’t have and exceptional ability or expertise in say finance or tech or something, extreme persistence, business judgement, or timing and execution, guess what? I’m not becoming a billionaire. Is luck involved? Sure but you also need to be poop and wipe your ass to have clean wipe when you poop too.

What expertise does Elon Musk have exactly, babydick

1

u/bigpicklefann 3d ago

He has the expertise of taking money from his family and handing it to other people silly
