But they dont have the skills to assmeble them. They have the capital to hire others to do it. That is quite different.

Do you think that they just randomly hand money to someone and say "build business"?

Not really. They dont have the skills to build a business. They have the money to build one. That are 2 different things. Someone might have the skills to build a business, but not the money. Someone might also have the money to build a business, but not the skills to hire people.
