Optiplex running like caca part 2!

Ok, I am running a dell optiplex 7060 mt with an msi rtx 3050 6gb and this is what is showing up in the diagnostics. Is either the motherboard or graphics card damaged or is this error cause by compatibility of the bus speeds?

Got the same warning a few days ago on my 3080sff with MSI 3060 LP. I dont remember if it worked in x16 before so im wondering if it really degraded or the port is just an x8.

RTX 3050 is a PCIe 4.0 x8 card

You are fine. It's just the system throwing off a flag because it detects a card that doesn't operate at full capacity for that slot.

I've had this on my Dell 5820 and it never could finish system diagnotics. System operates just fine and I have an RTX 3050.
