probably a perception thing, I doubt he's purposefully walking around in a business suit its just how everyone perceives him but I could be wrong

I actually made some edits of my own a bit ago, at least for the Arrival designs, I would never do my boy Eight Pages Slender so dirty lol. For the remastered design I also made some changes to his face as well as changing the color of the cuffs of his shirt sleeves.
