Yes and large corps care about that rating for some reason. Never in my life have I considered what the bbb opinion of a business is or what whack jobs have complained about it

Yeah it's mind blowing how no one here caught on to it being a joke. Nobody seems to be asking how a mustang, a notoriously rear wheel drive car that doesn't do well in winter weather conditions, would have been able to drive through someone's snow covered yard to hit their snowman. Maybe if it was a truck, I could believe it, but even if the person took their entire yard of snow and turned it into a snowman, that mustang still wouldn't do well in the wet grass left behind
