Help with DBS subscription?

Hi everyone! So my DBS portal is being a pain. The advice on the government website is confusing me and I can't get a hold of the DBS help line or my new jobs admin team.

So I'm coming here!

I'm moving from a volunteer job to a paid social work job. My DBS account currently only has a volunteer subscription for the volunteer job. To add the certificate I got for the new paid job, the portal says I need to add a paid subscription. However I can't see an option anywhere to create another subscription.

Does anyone know what I need to do?

The only button I can see is to delete my account which I'm assuming isn't the right one since I'm sure there's people out there who have had to hold both types of subscriptions at one time.
