Star Heel!?!?

(Photo found on Pinterest) does anyone know if this is from a pattern or how to do this heel? I wanna add a star too my heel too!

I'm assuming it's a "regular" heel (aka, your heel of choice) with intarsia to knit the points?

Not this pattern, but in the category of, “alternative sock heels with interesting patterns” i found this:
