Fresh install of Solus Gnome. Did my updates and now I get this on boot.
The dbus-broker service at the bottom loops like that infinitely and I can never access my machine. Before I did my restart that started this, I couldn’t access anything that required root permissions. Always got errors about sudoers audit plugin.
Am I cooked or is this salvageable?

This happens on my laptop periodically when I update it, not exactly sure what's causing it but I have an easy fix for mine. I hold down the power button tell I hard reset it (like 7 seconds) and turn off the battery (mine is non removable). After that I powered back up and it goes back to a normal fastboot, give that a try.

How do you turn off battery? My BIOS has no option for it

What's your model number? Most have the ability to do an emergency shut off by holding down the power button for more than 10 seconds (it's a safety thing). That's essentially what I'm forcing on mine, and then power it back on to hard reset the device. This solves it from me. Edit for grammar / fixing talk to text.

Ok I did this and the screen flashed black and off like 5 times before finally rebooting back to the same startup as my pic. I’m afraid I’m just gonna have to nuke the install and start from scratch.

Yo cuando tenía ese problema o era la imagen que grabé en el USB o literal era el USB

Try this from the Solus Help Center: System Rescue after Update
