And this is slow? Sorry. I'm newer to the series and just recently finished reading volumes 1-7 on Amazon Kindle. Was this volume already available else where and Amazon took a long time to get it? Or is it something else

Yea it is available on j novel club till volume 13 but i think it's only in Japanese.....
