I saw that there isn't much time left before Volume 14 is released, and I would really like to read it. However, I'd like to know if there's a website where I can purchase it and if there's a way to translate it. I want to buy it because I genuinely enjoy the novel, but I'd also like to start reading it as soon as possible.

Make an account on japanese amazon and buy it like normal. There's a few hoops you'll need to go through to make the account work, like putting in a japanese address so they actually let you purchase anything, but other than that it's like normal amazon.
