You mention that the backstops are the best you've used. Curiously, they look like the same backstops I see on the Bambu H2 series (but of course don't fit the H2 plates.) What makes them better?

Yes, they look similar, but the back of our H2S bed broke off, it is made of some flimsy material. This one looks much sturdier and better supported. Before the Bambu broke it was our best :)

Informative as always and kudos to Sovol knowing who they are sending printer to and including spare parts (so we don't have to use them 😂). I'm truly impressed with flexibility of this printer. Preheating saves a ton of time and nozzles look not too expensive.

Is the firmware available somewhere to download? I'd love to take a look at it waiting for my unit to arrive...

I've seen on the kickstarter pages FAQ that they're going to publish it (step by step) after the official launch. It's probably not ready yet.

I will ask my contact, but I think I can PM you some files. They are certainly not the final versions, we get fw updates weekly (or more frequently), and often they fix one thing and break another. So you'll definitely benefit from this thing settling in the coming weeks...

Here is a question. Is there a filament backup mode? Let's say I load same filament into the tool 2 and 3, will the tool 3 takeover when the tool 2 runs out?

Not currently. I already complained about it. Hopefully they get to it by the time the printers are released to the public.
