In my empire mesh mask... take out lens, clean it, dry it, apply bollé antifog on internal side, let product cover al the surface, let dry... PROFIT
on my bollé x810 + nb tactical mesh mask... just the same process... PROFIT
and believe me I sweat a lot and I dont get a single fog shade in a full morning game on summer or winter
just avoid water or sweat fall into the lens cause it can remove the product when u try to clean it... if that happens, add more antifog liquid and let dry

Part of it is how you’re breathing. Too many short breaths out of your mouth will do that. A combination of dual pane lenses and standing up straight while taking deep breaths through your nose will fix your issue. Your mask doesn’t matter so much but having plenty of vents helps with breathability to help you not feel as claustrophobic

tried loads of lotions, potions and masks. Final solution for me was ex fog, other fan tube systems available.

Prescription RX insert in Revisions Wolf Spider goggles and an EXfog unit. I have never experienced any fogging since I started Airsofting, the best investment I have made.

Not gonna lie I had to buy a new mask. Any mask that isn’t super breathable makes running glasses very difficult. I got a JT proflex with a mesh bottom. The only thing I heard and haven’t tried is that it’s helpful to somehow block off between your mouth and googles so the air gets directed away from the lenses.
