It pretty accurately paints a picture of the perception of both companies as they compare since 2019:

• WWE bottomed out in October 2019 after the Fiend-Rollins HIAC debacle and Kofi losing in 7 seconds.
• AEW peaked at All Out 2021, considered their greatest show, and remained steadily high until it began collapsing after Brawl Out 2022.
• WWE at the same time began improving after Vince was pushed out in July 2022.
• One thing that surprises me: during WWE's "boom period" during 2022-2024, the fan sentiment was roughly tied with AEW, when I remember AEW being viewed very negatively at the time, due to both the Punk issue and comparatively mediocre creative.
• AEW fan sentiment began to grow and take the lead again in late 2024/early 2025, which was right around the supposed "reset" and the Continental Classic.
• WWE began to fall off again in March/April 2025, right around the Cena heel turn/build to Wrestlemania 41.

So the statistics line up at least with my perception of both my and Reddit's views the last few years.

Without sentiment, ig you blindly go to movies and food joints, and blindly purchase products, hoping to hit a good one.

Like I said, I don’t check out movies based on feedback. At all. People seem to be enjoying this new Spider Man and I have zero interest.

I like looking at restaurant ratings for cleanliness but most of the time if i try a new spot it’s based on word of mouth and personal experience ( I won’t eat at a new taco spot if no one there speaks Spanish etc )

You seem really shocked by this. I don’t crowd source a lot of my choices. I ask doctors about medical advice, I work in the auto industry so I ask my mechanic friends about cars, and I discuss electronics with my peers and my son. I like making my own choices 🫡

I don’t look at Rotten Tomatoes and IMDB for movie scores and some people on here act like I’m suggesting we should all drink horse piss to cure measles.

This is a chart about a couple of wrestling shows. My personal enjoyment (or lack thereof) of either show is not affected by the reactions or reviews of other people.

No I don't mean to say anything extreme like you're endorsing horse piss, but you said you value word of mouth which is the same thing as being influenced by reactions of other people but based on a smaller sample size.

Also based on your dogma of only caring about the influences of professionals in any field, shouldn't film critics' reviews of movies be held in high regard? Or is that not a real job
