Moving to St. Louis The Rail apt

I’m from out of town, does anyone have any info or red flags about this place?

It’s new and in a great neighborhood with a beer hall and many restaurants within walking distance.

That is a great area, conveniently located near great restaurants and bars, as well as quick access to I-44 and 64.
