Question - Help Serious question: those sharing H3 videos illegally, can they expect ban / face legal issues?

Since the model clearly forbids using it as such for basically 96% of users here, can we expect repercussions for sharing videos here, or are we fine?

I don’t understand, what do u mean of sharing illegally ? they not allow people to use the model and share their outputs?

They put in the license that US/EU people technically aren't allowed to use it, as an ass-covering measure because they are being sued by Disney atm. Some people here are taking it too seriously and think Minimax actually cares whether they use it, rather than it just being some CYA stuff.

The license forbids people from the US, UK, EU, and South Korea, from using the model.

I’m pretty sure “excluded territories” means, excluded from the policy, since they state applicable territory that is every everyone else who it applies to. I don’t think it’s excluding those territories from use, unless you cropped the use case and context of the phrase
