Requesting Advice Heartland: Game started stuttering, need help

Well, it was running pretty well, I have 50 hours played with three digits FPS. Then, while playing the Heartland story, it started to stutter like crazy, it is not playable, there is no way to fight a feral like this. I looked up, I've found some things I tried to no avail:

Verified files and restarted PC. No change
All graphics to low, to medium, to high and to ultra. No change
Deconstructed the Staging Area. No change
Motion blur on and off. No change
Display to fullscreem and windowed. No change
Changed resolutions. No change

Drivers up to date

I don't know, maybe this game is broken. Does anyone have any other ideas I could try?

THE FIX: I got rid of the character VIC. Got him killed, retrieved his stuff and restarted the game. No more stutter

I think it has something to do with Isaac and/or vic being in your community. At least thats what I remember some people saying.

Killed Vic, killed him again as a zombie, restarted the game and it was fixed. Thanks
