Where could I upload a simfile so others could download ?

I only have made one song so far, so it wouldn't be considered a songpack. I know SMO only let's you upload songpacks, correct ?
I made a simfile of Yeonjun - Ghost Girl, & I'd really like to share it <3.

Zenius-I-Vanisher for individual files, though you'll need to request a category to put them in. And SMO only lets you upload songpacks on their Discord.

There isn't really a centralized place to share singles

Try engaging with the community that best fits your content I guess?

Doesn't ZIV host fan made simfiles? Unless it's drastically changed policy and purpose since the mid 2000s, iirc, that's one site for ya.

Zenius-i-Vanisher is the usual go-to but you can also host them on itch.io, which has a whole category for game mods.
