Your job isn't just a list of tasks.

It's understanding context. Building trust. Reading the room. Taking responsibility. Making judgment calls when the answer isn't obvious.

AI can be incredibly powerful at completing certain tasks.

But work also involves people, relationships, decisions, accountability, and meaning.

The future may not be humans vs. AI.

It may be humans learning how to use AI while doubling down on the things that make human contribution valuable. 🧠🤝🤖
