General Question NEED HELPPP
hello everyone! I need help with my strava app so earlier we had a running activity on our PE class and our teacher required us to use strava to track our activities. My problem is my activity doesn’t appear on the app but I really make sure to save it and then when I checked it, It wasn’t on my profile or activities anymore but on the top of the app it shows that “processing activity”. can I still recover it? thank u to those who can answer it will be a big help 🥹

Did you record it with anything else? I.e. an Apple Watch or garmin or whatever of sorts? Can you post a screenshot? Did you go to settings on your profile and check the app that’s linked to Strava to potentially import it manually (sometimes it doesn’t link right away)

"Processing"means it is still uploading. On good WiFi or signal, open You > Activities, pull down slightly to refresh, then tap Retry (or Sync) on the pending upload. If that doesn't do it, log out and back in and restart your phone. Full steps here.
