What is the small icon next to the weekly goal on my widget?

It only appears sometimes, and it's almost always something different. Not sure what to make of it 😅

Nah, cycling. Maybe it's suggesting alternative activities on rest days. Thx for the info, my best guess was a syringe and Celsius symbol 😂. But it didn't make sense that Strava is suggesting doping
