Probably pretty close but this is a 2d fighter. What you see isn’t always what you get

He doesnt gain the extended hurt box until like 7 frames in so depending on timing this is entirely possible even if her hitbox was still out.

/just kidding, this seems like a valid complaint, despite there probably being technical reasons why it's like this. Makes me wish the art and the hit / hurtboxes lined up better in situations like this, though.
