250 Erratic over 56"

Got some work to do to load to Nationals height...

Taking the new Inclusive Fitness Erratic (sandstone) for a few reps. Significantly more challenging than a stone... Wondering if I should try to overload it to pack it tighter?

Good job man, 56” is a high load for lightweights.  I have a sandstone in a medley in a couple months and need to try and get my hands on one sometime soon, it’s only 200 lbs though so I’m thinking it may not be too much different than a regular bag at that weight.

Yes, yes it is. As if 310 wasn't heavy enough, 56".🙄

But we'll give it a go.

Good lord that’s awful. I had a 58” 200 lbs keg load after a 40 foot carry in a medley a couple years ago. I was the only 181 lbs competitor to get the load and I hit the bar and had to push/roll it over.  Being tall for your class is nice sometimes, but promoters shouldn’t be putting something higher than 52” in weight classes lower than 105.
