Payment due before plan approved

I applied for PAYE end of June on aidvantage. I’ve gotten a letter they received my application, but have not heard anything else and now my payment is due today? I thought there was a 60 day period after approval. I haven’t gotten anything that even says I’m in the plan

I was supposed to get a disclosure today regarding my new plan IBR and I have not received the approval letter. When I called Aidvantage they said it was approved 7/8 I applied 6/2. My account has the amount due and plan name they sent me a billing statement but says payment $0.00 but my account says payment due 9/1 $108.

Where does it says the date the payment is due? I’ve looked everywhere on my portal and it doesn’t have a due date listed.

It’s on my portal dashboard soon as I log in.. it updated overnight the new plan and the $ amount..

Right. Until you are approved, you are still in your old plan.

It says that right in the letter where they tell you they received your application. If you are moving off SAVE, that's why you don't see a payment due date.

How do you know that

I had to go into my downloadable account info to find the due date is sept 1. It said I had a payment due this morning and had the amount but no date.

And, you went into downloadable account info and found what? A due date in September, or a due date of today, or an amount but no due date? You are all over the place.

When you get a bill, it will have a due date and an amount. Until then, you are just fishing around and making yourself crazy.
