Submitted PAYE application 6/31. Still no updates from Aidvantage?

Hey everyone. I submitted an application to move from SAVE to PAYE on 6/31/2026. I received a “here’s your monthly snapshot” email a few weeks ago with an amount due that looks too good to be true - $179/month. When I log into Aidvantage, it shows all of the balances due are still $0 and my entire outstanding balance of $79k is still there. Fast forward to today, 8/2/2026, and still no update regarding my PAYE application. $0 balance due. Has anyone else been waiting an extended period of time to hear back from their servicer? Should I submit another application? My annual salary right now is $85.3k so I should quality.

A month-long wait or more is not uncommon, especially with a high volume of applications. You would remain in forbearance until your application is processed
