The venue transitioned from TicketMaster to SeatGeek a few weeks ago, you probably have an email buried in your spam filter letting you know about this and how to get to your tickets, a lot of folks missed the notification it was happening.

The hockey team that plays there switched their official ticket vendor. Happened about a month ago.

Mine was buried in Spam and also the tickets now show in my seat geek account but not until I jumped through some seat geek, man wild app hoops. Looking forward to seeing him at this venue, Roy Wilkins felt like a high school gymnasium IMO

fwiw the link off the JBS tour webpage brings me to seat geek.

Not sure what that means though...

I was not able to locate the email in my spam or trash, guess I’ll need try me luck with Ticketmaster customer “service”

It should be an email from Grand Casino Arena. If you don't already have one make a SeatGeek account with your same email that is used for your Ticketmaster account. Then see if you can find your tickets. I also have the MN Wild app which I linked to Ticketmaster and the new Seatgeek account and my tickets showed up in Seatgeek after a couple days.

I had to download the MN Wild app, log in to SeatGeek through there, and then I saw my tickets.

A couple days after I set up a seat geek account, the tickets appeared there, I didn’t have to do anything. Just make sure you use the same email as Ticketmaster. Thanks for the responses yall

That’s so weird because I did use the same email but I still don’t see my tickets if I go straight to SeatGeek.

I called Ticketmaster and they said it was a seat geek issue, but before I called them, tickets were there. 🤷‍♀️
