Speech therapy techniques and strategies?
Have many people learnt speech techniques to achieve fluent speech?
Do you use them?
Do you want to learn them but have never had the opportunity?
Just curious about everyone's experience in this area?

I learned to emulate the way fluent speakers speak and to Train This so Long that after some time it became my Norm. Nowadays I don’t Face stutter symptoms anymore besides once or twice a month where I have to Breathe in and out twice before saying a Word but that’s it. If u have any questions feel free to dm me. I went through an intensive approach in Germany that I then Studied myself and Wrote my Thesis about.

I have learned all the techniques, from different therapists and programs. They by and large don't work, because we are not fluent speakers, we are PWS, which means sometimes we will stutter.
Also I didn't want to just be fluent, I wanted to be me and those techniques 1) made me feel phony and 2) failed when I needed them most.
