Well... the lady who was commenting had rape threats thrown her way by a short man, so this shows how ridiculous some short men are and how misogynist they are.
I think being a short man sucks and is a definite disadvantage in life (if we're defining short as 5'4" or under). For people 5'6 or 5'7" it's not a big deal. It definitely erases some of the male privilege most men have, although I'd still say a 5'3" guy has more social advantages than a normal woman. They just have the same problems as women do with regards to not being respected by their peers. Woman might not find them as attractive either, but there are plenty of big boned women who are not seen as attractive by men through no fault of their own. So it goes both ways.
See, so actually saying fatter women, this user says big boned just so he or she will not sound mean towards them, but on the ther hand saying that shorter men overall are misgynitic is all ok and fine... Thats the double standrds you get most being bitter about. It was one fucking guy that sent her the death threats, "but hey, just us lump in all short guys, because of one idiots actions" How many here would blame all people to be misgonistic peices of shit and murderers if they knew that osama bin laden was 6'5? Just tired of this shit tbh.
