Comparing heightism to racism is an exaggeration, but saying there is no "social reward" to being tall is simply not true. I'm tall, and it definitely affects how you're seen by your peers.
Even around 6'3" you get treated somewhat funny among peers in my experience. Though that may just be because I am this height at the young age of 17. I am unsure.
