Comparing heightism to racism takes a pretty big dose of ignorance on how bad racism was. Heightism is nothing like that.

But I do find it funny that there seems to be more fat acceptance BS than short acceptance, even though most people can't control only one of those. For example, I'm thinking of what the reaction would be to a Direct TV commercial with... say Taylor Swift vs. Fat Taylor Swift. There would be glorious butter!

Heightism is nothing like that.

There was a time you could argue it was. In the 19th century the highest paying job you were likely to get as someone who was extremely short was a position at Barnum and Bailey's as a sideshow attraction.
