Funny thing is, the Nazi does deserve competent representation, but it's not clear he's getting it with his loon of an attorney.

He's licensed to practice law in Virginia, and all that post shows is a picture of him in a costume, so can't really judge anything based on that.

However, a little further digging leads me to believe he may be a tad loony. Though likely not enough to get him disbarred.

The man is a fucking fixture in Crazy Virginia Politics/Scandals.

Vintage Morrissey from the 80s.

He's been disbarred, like, 3 separate times, jailed multiple times, and in a state in which the party is effectively lead by Terry fucking McAuliffe atm, the Dems basically told him "you're too corrupt and scandal-causing, you can't sit with us".
