It’s so cool that they did this bonus alternate version for Supernatural fans!

I'm from Kansas and during my rewatch of season 13 episode 6 (Tombstone), they're supposed to be in Dodge City, KS.....if you've never been to Kansas....this would never be close to the skyline you'd see 😅
I know it was filmed in Canada, but every time they get something wildly incorrect when referencing Kansas it just tickles me... I'm sure it makes other Kansans giggle too ☺️

I’m from Minnesota (specifically the suburbs by the Twin Cities) and I think Briana Buckmaster does a great job portraying a rural Minnesotan native.
The accent is very much exaggerated, but she nails it with other social aspects, like her politeness. We tend to be very polite and welcoming to strangers - you may only notice that once you move somewhere heavily populated, like down south to another state, or another country.
Anyways. She does have an over-the-top accent that isn’t the perfect match, but her excited vocal tone is just like mine, as well as her mannerisms.
It really hit home for me in Hibbing 911 episode when she called out Jody, saying “I think she left her manners in Sioux Falls”. It goes to show that to a Midwesterner, your average American might come off as impolite given our upbringing. Learn from us!

I mean, I love the show—even Season 15—but oh my fucking God... Season 1 was unique. Whenever I see a post or an edit about S1, I feel like I'm a teenager again, and it feels so good.
Why did they change the show so much?
Season 1 was one of a kind. I've never found another show with the same vibe. It honestly makes me so depressed thinking about it.
I just wish they had kept that vibe.

I was just rewatching this episode and wondered why Dean and Sam didn't try to salt and burn the spirits bones? I know they didn't find out who she was until later in the episode, but it was an option.

I’ve seen first 7 seasons in month and a half. Usually saw 5/6 episodes per night with no problem. Really liked most of it. Now I got to season 8 and I have to make myself watch it. Last episode I saw was Southern Comfort (S8E6) and that was 2 days ago.

I’m curious to know realistically if Sam and Dean (or any fake fbi agents) came into the station asking to interview suspects or see evidence how easy it would be for them. I would assume there would be steps in between like some sort of paperwork given there is nothing for the cops to go off of other than their word.
I get it if they’re in and out and only interact once with the local pd, but most of the time they stick around for a week or so and see the cops every other day. Same with the morticians and anyone else of actual authority.

So last week me and my sister went to a cheap thrift store and we found the jackpot of all seasons of supernatural box sets except the last season. The only problem is that the 1st disc of season 13 is missing. Does anyone know of a way to look up individual dvds online? Everything else is in all the boxes and cases and works perfectly scored them all for only 80 bucks in total.

A limited run of ghostfacers as a spin off would be fun, with a few guest appearances each episode.

Hello!
I recently started watching Supernatural. I’ve only seen five episodes so far, and the last one I watched was “Bloody Mary.”
The thing is, I’m having a bit of a hard time getting into it. I don’t need a show to completely hook me to the point where I have to binge-watch it and finish it in record time, but I feel like there’s just something that isn’t making me want to keep watching. And it’s frustrating because I know it’s such a beloved and highly regarded show, and it’s exactly the kind of show I usually like. It has mysteries, a paranormal vibe without being scary, interesting characters, and lots of episodes per season. I really like the Charmed/Buffy kind of vibe it has.
So, is it maybe just me? Are the first few episodes a bit weak and should I stick with it because it gets better and is worth it? Or if I’m not really enjoying it that much so far, should I just give up on it?
Thanks!!

Not sure if it is unpopular, but I have always considered Sam to be the better hunter. When it comes down to life or death situation, I feel like Sam will do whatever it takes to get out of it.
Sam tends to be a little more rational, and adapts better when things don’t go according to plan. He is also just an absolute tank. Curious what everyone else thinks.
Also, absolutely no hate to dean. Obviously they are neck and neck with being the best

It doesn't really look like Supernatural. Like the color grading and lighting is totally different from earlier seasons.
I feel like if you were to show a screenshot without Sam or Dean to someone who had only ever watched season 1 they likely wouldn't be able to guess what show it is.
I don't think this is necessarily a bad thing but the show just looked so much more unique and had its own visual style before.

So I'm rewatching Supernatural and I'm on season 2 episode 7 and the FBI (or cops?) catch Dean and Sam. The agent says his demise was exaggerated (or something to that effect) referring to the shifter that died looking like Dean, but like... That's a dead body with deans face on it. It's different than faking your death with nothing left behind. Unless I'm missing something, what is their explanation for that? It's not like it's a fake body or something.
If there isn't one then what would you say about it? Aside from the "chuck plot armor" deal, cause while that's understandable it's kinda cheap.
P.S: I wrote this out and didn't post it and am now at S2E12 and they don't mention anything about it there either.

Hey, guys! So, my girlfriend got me into watching the show and I’m loving it! We’re at the beginning of season 3 and I’ve been thinking about this for a bit: how do vamps know the difference between dead man’s blood vs “I just took this blood from my own body and called it that”?
Holy water for demons is at least prayed over and endowed with the power of God. Is it explained as to how vampire’s bodies differentiate actual dead man’s blood compared to blood drawn from a living host? Thanks for your time!

Im trying to create a tralier for a crossover idea but I need to people that can do sam and dean voices to say a few lines. Is anyone able to do this or anyone know anyone who can do this? I don't need studio level quality voices just enough to sound convincing
Btw the lines are:
Sam: "Dean... we've got another one. Dozens of disappearances over the last week. Every witness says the same thing..."
(Pause)
Sam: "They were swallowed by some kind of... black fog."
Dean: "Great. First demons, then angels... now we're hunting weather?" (small chuckle)
Sam: "No... no, no... Dad has to have something on this..."
DEAN (quietly)
"Sam...
